Tags fixing the development states will now be created as direct copies of the radix-1.0 branch. Next tags 1.1.x will be created from trunk and tags 1.0.x will be created from radix-1.0 branch.

Move to the next BS version where defined global HW depended variable __USE_BUILT_GCC_LIBS__ to identify where GCC Runtime Libraries were taken: toolchain or in-system built GCC. Removed cgroup FS remount from /etc/rc.d/rc.S because cgroups do not meet the strict requirements of process management. Now the platform can be built with GCC Runtime Libraries without collisions caused by the replacement Runrime Libraries during the GCC installation.
